You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is a customer error, the customer will pay freight for the return of the product. Further the products must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original product tags intact.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or Contact us. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.


Customized Products can not return or exchange.


If it is an exchange of a product of the same value (customer ordered wrong size or product), customer will pay for freight for the return of the product. Customer will receive a refund, and will need to place a new order on our site for the exchange.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

WARNING: We do not exchange or refund any customized products under any cirumstances, unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.
